Working units:
1.Pre-milling unit made by n°2 motors with automatic in/out intervention complete of dimond tools.
- Introduttore automatico per il cambio rapido dei bordi in rottolo, altezza spessore del bordo con regolazione automatica.
2.Gluing unit:
- Pre-melter with high melting capacity for  glue "EVA" (//www.ukrboard.com.ua)
- hot-melt glue pot ( re conditioned) , mod. QA 34
- Speading roller to regulate the quantity of apllied glue
3.Roller set to press the edge on straight profiles
4.Guillotine, pneumatic, up to mm 3xH60
5.End cutting unit with 2 motors tilting from 0° a 15° from PC
6. Top and bottom trimming unit with controlled axes
7.Rounding unit complete of n°2 motors controlled by PC  to automatically round off the edge corners on the top and bottom part of the panel
8.Edge scraping unit in ABS controlled by PC
9. Glue scraping unit controlled by PC
10. Brushing unit
Working capacity up to 16 mt/min, round edges up to 11 mt/min
